Thank you for shopping at Deseo Absoluto. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and complying fully with European Union consumer protection legislation, including Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the Consumer Sales Directive 2019/771/EU, and all applicable regulations.

1. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)

As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day you (or a third party you indicate, other than the carrier) receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) to:

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging with all labels attached
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us.

4. Return Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying the direct cost of returning goods, unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered. We will clearly communicate the estimated cost of return where possible.

5. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for any supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods or proof of return.

We will process your refund using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following goods are exempt from the right of withdrawal:

  • Sealed goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery
  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised
  • Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, if performance has begun with your prior express consent

7. Defective or Incorrect Goods

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contacto@deseoabsoluto.com. In accordance with EU law, we will offer you a remedy (repair, replacement, price reduction, or full refund) at no additional cost. You have a minimum of 2 years legal guarantee for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery.
