This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through our website deseo-absoluto.com and complies with applicable European Union consumer protection legislation, including Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all EU Member States and selected international destinations. At checkout, you will be able to confirm whether we ship to your location. If your country is not listed, please contact us at contacto@deseoabsoluto.com.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of receiving payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Please note that processing times may be extended during peak periods, public holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times from the date of dispatch are as follows (these are estimates and not guarantees, unless a specific delivery date was expressly agreed at checkout):

  • Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands): 2–5 business days
  • Spain (Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla): 5–10 business days
  • EU Member States: 5–10 business days
  • Rest of Europe: 7–14 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–21 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier, customs clearance, and other factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of your order. The exact shipping cost will be clearly displayed before you confirm your purchase. All applicable taxes and duties for EU destinations are included in the displayed price where required by law.

For orders to destinations outside the EU, additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fees.

5. Carriers and Tracking

We work with reputable shipping carriers to deliver your orders. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery.

6. Risk and Title

Risk of loss and damage to goods passes to you upon delivery. Title to goods passes to you upon receipt of full payment.

7. Delivery Attempts and Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will typically leave a notification and attempt delivery again or hold the parcel at a local collection point. If the parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery or non-collection, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional charges may apply) or issue a refund of the goods excluding shipping costs.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please document the damage with photographs and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contacto@deseoabsoluto.com. We will work swiftly to resolve the issue in accordance with your statutory rights under EU consumer law. If your shipment appears to be lost in transit, please allow a few extra business days beyond the estimated delivery window before contacting us, as delays can sometimes occur. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and keep you informed.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, industrial action, extreme weather conditions, pandemics, or delays by customs authorities.
